Terms of service

Effective: September 9, 2026 · Contact: support@posra.app

The service

Posra lets WooCommerce store owners preview their store as a mobile app (free, via the Posra Preview plugin and app), design it in the builder dashboard, and optionally publish native iOS and Android apps under their own brand (paid). The free preview is complete on its own and does not require a paid plan or an account.

Your store, your content

You retain all rights to your store's content, branding and catalog. You grant us the limited right to process them solely to render your preview and, if you publish, to build and deliver your apps. You are responsible for having the rights to the content your store serves and for your store's own compliance with the law.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to distribute unlawful content or malware, to build apps for a store you don't control, or to probe, overload or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Preview tokens and revocation

Preview access uses read-only, expiring tokens you can revoke at any time from the plugin. We may revoke previews that violate these terms.

Paid publishing

Publishing apps is a subscription service. Prices are shown on the pricing page and before you subscribe. App-store review outcomes are decided by Apple and Google; we prepare and submit builds but cannot guarantee acceptance.

Your developer accounts and your app

Your app is published to your Apple Developer and your Google Play Console account, never to ours. You are the developer of record, and you own the app, its store listings, its signing key and its reviews; the Apple and Google account fees are yours accordingly. If you buy a managed publishing service from us, you grant us delegated access to your accounts to do that work, you may revoke it at any time, and nothing about your app or listings needs to be transferred if you stop using Posra.

Push notifications and fair use

Plans include the monthly push-notification volume shown on the pricing page; "unlimited" means no monthly cap. To protect your app's standing with Apple and Google, fair-use limits apply to all plans: at most three notifications per device per day and one abandoned-cart reminder per device per day. We may hold or reduce sending that Apple, Google or applicable law treat as abusive.

Managed Launch and Care Plan

A Managed Launch is a one-time service in which we prepare and submit your app to the App Store and Google Play inside your own developer accounts. It requires an active Starter or Growth subscription. The scope, exclusions, and the steps that only you can complete (enrolling with Apple and Google, accepting their agreements, completing their identity verification, granting us access) are listed on the Managed Launch page and form part of the order. Our delivery clock starts when your intake is complete and our access works. The fee includes up to three review rounds per platform; further rounds and any work outside the listed scope are quoted before we start at the hourly rate shown on that page.

If Apple or Google reject your app for a reason within our control, we correct and resubmit at no extra charge. If they reject it for a reason within your control, including an unreachable or non-functional store, content that violates their policies, or incomplete enrollment, we refund the one-time fee less the value of work already performed. Approval is decided by Apple and Google and is not guaranteed.

The Care Plan is a subscription covering the annual compliance rebuild and resubmission, certificate and profile renewals, store-side incident triage and fixes, and priority support, as described on the Managed Launch page. It is included for twelve months with every Managed Launch and then renews at the price shown at purchase until cancelled. Cancelling the Care Plan does not remove your app from the stores.

For either service you may grant us access to your accounts by inviting publishing@posra.app with the limited roles described in our store accounts guide, or by providing credentials through the builder. You may revoke that access at any time. Credentials you provide are encrypted at rest, access to them is logged, and they are deleted when the service is delivered or on your request. We never request your account passwords, identity documents or two-factor codes.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions and one-time services are sold through our merchant of record, Polar (Polar Software Inc.), whose terms also apply to the purchase. Polar issues invoices and handles applicable taxes. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; your subscription — and your published app's services — remain active until the end of the paid period. Refund requests: support@posra.app — we honor refunds required by law and review other requests case by case.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time (see the privacy policy). We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms with notice where practicable.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
