Pricing FAQ
What's free, exactly?
Everything up to publishing: the WordPress plugin, the preview app, and the full builder. You can design your entire app before paying anything.
Whose account is my app published under?
Yours. Your app goes to your Apple Developer and your Google Play Console account — never ours. You are the developer of record on both stores, and you own the app, the listings, the signing key and the reviews. If you'd rather not deal with the stores at all, we can do the submission for you with a Managed Launch: you create the accounts, grant us access you can revoke at any time, and we work inside them (how that works). Either way, if you leave, everything stays with you — nothing needs to be transferred or renamed. The store fees are yours because the accounts are yours: about $99 a year for Apple, a one-time $25 for Google.
What support is included?
Every plan gets a human answer. Preview users have the WordPress.org forum and these docs; Starter and Growth include email support with a first response within 2 business days; the Care Plan adds a priority queue (1 business day), store-incident fixes and the yearly compliance rebuilds Apple and Google require. Fixing your WooCommerce site, theme or hosting isn't part of any plan; we quote it at $95/hour first.
What does "unlimited push" mean?
No monthly cap on how many notifications you send. Fair-use rules still apply to every plan so your app never gets flagged for spam: at most 3 notifications per shopper per day, one abandoned-cart reminder per shopper per day, and optional quiet hours you set in the builder. Starter includes 10,000 a month and can add unlimited push for $29/month.
Who handles payment?
Checkout, invoices, taxes and refunds are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. We never see your card details. Cancel anytime from the billing portal; your published app keeps working until the end of the paid period.
